Old Command Room
The Command Room (also known as the EPF Headquarters) is a secret room in Club Penguin designed for owners of Club Penguin's Nintendo DS game, Elite Penguin Force, and it is located inside the cabinet in the HQ at the bottom right near the Secret Missions Console. It is the HQ for EPF Agents. This room can only be accessed if you have entered the code from your Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force game.

Access
To access the room, agents must enter a code found on a card in the box of the new Club Penguin DS game, Elite Penguin Force, which they can then enter and get access to the room or simply upload coins from the DS to your online account.
Tricks
- When agents click on the Center Table, it will open up and different tables will come out. There are three tables. This is the order they come in: the EPF Table, the Coffee Table, and the Pizza Table.
- When you put your cursor on the portrait of the penguin with glasses (and that says "Elite Penguin"), the penguin will change colors. Every time you do this, it will change to a different color, the last change before it starts over to its original color is it dresses like a clown.
- There is a massive TV in this room.
Elite Penguin Force Version
In the missions, the Director appears on the screen sometimes, and the Center Table won't open by a click. Also, only two chairs are around the table. The row of four chairs above the table are not there.
Trivia
- When you click on "Find a Penguin" (found in your friends Player Card), it will say, ""Penguin Name" is hiding".
- When you move your mouse on the trash basket, it will have more trash.
- In the TV screen when you click until you reach the penguins talking, if you wait for about 10 seconds, on the bottom it says, "THIS CONVERSATION WOULD PROBABLY BE A LOT MORE INTERESTING WITH SOUND...HUH?".
- In Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force, the Director of the P.S.A. appears several times on the TV.
- As with the Ninja Hideout, you can gain access to this room by using Penguin Storm without meeting the requirements, though doing this is against the Club Penguin rules.
- The TV has all the same "TV channels" as the TV you can buy for your igloo, except the Hockey Channel.
- You can see the Robo-Locator in the Command Room.
- The Command Room of the online Club Penguin looks exactly like that of the Club Penguin Elite Force's. The only difference is the TV Screen and there is an option for two-player in the DS version.
- There are no EPF missions online, only on the DS.
- For obvious reasons many penguins don't know this room.
- It is located in the wardrobe in the agent HQ. This may be a reference to "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe," Seeing that Narnia and EPF HQ are both in wardrobes.
Parties
- The first party the Command Room was decorated for was the Christmas Party 2008. When you clicked on the Command Room table a plate of cookies would come out. Additionally, there was a red garland throughout the entire room, and the penguins on the TV wore Santa and Elf hats.
- The Command Room is rarely decorated for parties.
- At the Christmas Party 2009, if you drag your mouse over the wardrobe, the clothes will push back and some of the clothes will be a Santa suit.
- It was also decorated for the Holiday Party 2009 (Christmas Party 2009).
