The World Cup is an upcoming party on Club Penguin. It will be the first of this type.

History

The party was confirmed on March 10, 2014 via a meetup on Club Penguin. [1] Again on March 22, 2014, Spike Hike mentioned it [2].

Trivia

  • It will be a football (soccer in the United States) themed sports party to celebrate the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
  • It will be the first sports event to take place in June, rather than being in August.
  • It is the second party to have a partnership with another company/brand that is not related to Disney. The first being the Adventure Party: Temple of Fruit advertising Innocent Smoothies.
