Penguin Standard Time

Penguin standard time is the time that is dispalayed on all the clocks in Club Penguin, from the Clock Tower in the Snow Forts to the cuckoo clock in the Ski Lodge. It was invented by G because penguins wanted to have a fixed time which would help them to meet up in certain places. It is the Pacific Time zone.
