?????? (fan-named Sasquatch) is an unidentified creature, who first appeared in Club Penguin's files. It gives away the Mystery Background.
History
Development
The creature first appeared in Club Penguin's files in August 2014. On August 7, 2014, the creature was given a background and Mascot data. On August 9, 2014, it started to walk around the island and was meetable.
Appearance
This creature has a very penguin-like body with lots of brown fur. It wears what appears to be the Party Hat on its head. It has a beige face with large black eyebrows and what appears to be a mane or a beard, similar to Rockhopper. Around its eyes it has a small brown outline. It also has a penguin-like beak with a tooth on each side. Going down from its chest to its belly is a long beige pattern similar to the white pattern on a penguin. It has four black fingers on each hand and has paw-like feet.

Trivia
- It makes a bear resembles of Rockhopper, the mythical Bigfoot, the mythical Yeti and also cave penguins.
- It wears the Beta Hat, suggesting the creature has been on Club Penguin since 2005 and likely been in hiding since then.
- Prior to Card-Jitsu's release, Sensei was also called "??????".
- The creature appears to be shy, running away from crowds.
- The creature lives in a forest with tall trees similar to the Wilderness ones and also similar to an old sneak peek showing what is supposed to be the forest of Puffle Creatures.[1]
- A similar character was seen in the real life book Stowaway! Adventures at Sea. The character was a blue penguin with a large white beard and wore a Beta Hat in his head. In the book, you find him inside a cave of a distant island while sailing with Rockhopper. The blue penguin says: "I was young like you once. Always enjoyed living in Club Penguin, but kept wondering which other horizons were waiting for me beyond the waves. So I built my own boat and left. But a terrible storm took it away and I'm stuck in this island since then. I miss the snow and ice of Club Penguin so much... So I live here in the cave, where is fresh." After that, you and Rockhopper take him to Club Penguin.[2][3]

- It's suspected that the Sasquatch is another ancient myth that is starting to be revealed, like the old ?????? who was seen digging out the Dojo and later became a famous penguin called Sensei who taught penguins the Card-Jitsu and solved the old myth that there were ninjas in Club Penguin.
- It's also believed that the Sasquatch is prehistoric and when we traveled back in time we changed the future, releasing the Megalodon and also the Sasquatch taking them to the present.
- He could also lead penguins to the Puffle Creatures Forest[4] making them discover new Puffle Creatures.
- It's highly believed that the Sasquatch is the truth behind all the rumors about a Yeti living in Club Penguin.
