The Fair 2011 will be a party in Club Penguin. It will be the fifth The Fair. It was announced in the August edition of the membership page. The Great Puffle Circus will be back. Construction will start on September 15, 2011, and the party itself will start on September 22, 2011. Rockhopper will also return, along with the games: Puffle Paddle, Ring the Bell and Feed a Puffle.
