• Klutzy is an agent of G. He saw that Herbert was coming. He kept it a secret. He used his new invention that let him talk to non-talking animals. He got Klutzy to become an undercover agent. He had Klutzy bring Herbert in. When Klutzy was carrying Herbert, he attached a secret, small cannon to Herbert's back. The next time they find Herbert, they will suck Herbert into the cannon and blast him to Canada, where Canadians will use his fur to make coats for when they go to Club Penguin, where G will thank Klutzy and the Canadians.
