The Blue Pennant is an award in Club Penguin. You can receive it after you complete Clockwork Repairs. All penguins are able to receive this award. You receive this award for giving the two team blue penguins a new target after you take the one that is needed for the Clock Tower.
History
The Blue Pennant is a common award. It was available until November 14, 2012 when the access to the VR Room was stopped and consequently the PSA Missions were removed. It returned on June 11, 2015 as a part of the June 2015 EPF Training.
