The Christmas Scarf was a free, rare neck item in Club Penguin. All penguins were able to obtain this and it was one of the first party items. It looks just like the Halloween Scarf, but in red and green.

This item first released in December 2005, and was released again in December 2007. Currently, it is considered to be rare.
