The Chullo Hat (also the Chullo in the Treasure Book) is a head item in Club Penguin. It costs 250 coins in the Penguin Style, and only members can buy it. Similar items are the Multi-Colored Chullo and the Earflap Cap. All players can also unlock this item in the Treasure Book.
In the November 2008 Penguin Style catalog, it went with the Green Turtleneck and Fuzzy Boots.
