The Expedition Backpack is a neck item in Club Penguin. It costs 350 coins to buy and only members can buy it. Since August 17, 2012, the Expedition Backpack can be unlocked by people using “The Epic Official Guide to Club Penguin: Ultimate Edition”.[1]

The Expedition Backpack was released for the Mountain Expedition in the Mountain Catalog in August 2010. It was re-released as an unlockable item for people who bought the book “The Epic Official Guide to Club Penguin: Ultimate Edition”.
