The Flashlight is a hand item in Club Penguin. It costs 120 coins, and only members can buy it. If you wear this along with the Ghost Costume and dance, your penguin will glow. This also works with the Storm Lantern. You can also get this item in Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force: Herbert's Revenge by uploading coins to your online account when connecting to Wi-Fi.
