Fred the Clockwork Cuckoo

Fred, or Fred the Clockwork Cuckoo is the clockwork bird that emerges from inside the cuckoo clock in the Ski Lodge. His name first appeared in The Penguin Times #87. He still exists today, appearing every half hour.

Note: If you want to find Fred, the time he comes out is based on the big clock at the snow forts.
