The Great Puffle Circus Ringmaster is a yellow Puffle who is the ringmaster for the Great Puffle Circus. He wears a red ringmaster top hat and a brown mustache. He also carries a baton, which he seems to enjoy having, as he will twirl it around very often.

• He appears to also be a magician, as he made the Purple Puffle vanish.
• If you watch him enough, he can also pull flowers out of his hat.
• It was Rockhopper who hired the Adorable Puffle.
• Him and Rock Hopper are being married!
