The Green Propeller Cap is a free head item that was available in the Festival of Flight 2009. When dancing with no other clothes on, you will float from the ground. It could be found at the Plaza.

History
- It first appeared in the pre-Festival of Flight newspaper issues, when a penguin was shown flying with a green propeller cap. It was first available during the Festival of Flight 2009.
Trivia
- It is the only propeller cap to not be given during an April Fools party.
