The Haunted Mansion is a building for the Halloween Party 2012. Penguins must look for Gariwald VIII's ghost here. It can be seen in a log-off screen and when you log on, it is there in the distance. It cannot be the Haunted House because the building is a different shape. You must find Five Spooky-Keys to enter the Ghost Lab and become a ghost in the Ghostamatron. It consists of nine rooms.

- In the commercial for the party, there are moving pictures, Ghosts, and a chandelier in the mansion. The mansion has been revealed to consist of nine rooms.
- The Haunted Mansion can be seen in the song Ghosts Just Wanna Dance.
- You must find Five Spooky-Keys to unlock the Ghost Goggles and light the way to a secret Ghost Lab.
- The Haunted Mansion has master piece paintings all around the halls but edited to fit Club Penguin.
