Herbert's Camp is another base of Herbert, which is found in PSA Mission 9. Herbert uses this camp in the PSA images. After several years, Herbert became smarter. He used more hi-tech gadgets and more secretive bases after he defeated the PSA in The Popcorn Explosion.
