The Highway was a party room in Club Penguin. All players were able to access this room during the Teen Beach Movie Summer Jam. It is a highway that gives the penguin the ability to ride a motorcycle or any other vehicle item. However, without a vehicle, the penguin will walk. It returned three years later for the 10th Anniversary Party.
