The Hydro-Hopper Driver is a penguin that appears in two Secret Missions standing next to the Hydro-Hopper boat. He is a green penguin with a black toque and overalls. He appears in a few missions, trying to fix the Hydro-Hopper, then you need to help him. He also enjoys his job as well.
Missions
- Mission 9: He is having problems with the motor. Once you fix it, he'll give you a pump if you ask for it.
- Mission 10: He lends you a piece of rope.
Trivia
- He probably the one that owns, built, and fixes the boat.
- He appears in the Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force game too, but he's in yellow and without clothes.
- In Elite Penguin Force, if you ask him if Bouncer is his puffle, he says he doesn't have any puffles.
- He seems very polite and friendly.
- His real name is probably not Hydro-Hopper Driver. This is similar to the Dancing Penguin and Jet Pack Guy.
- It seems like he can't really keep the boat in shape (due to a number of times where he has trouble with the boat).
- The reason you can't see him while playing is probably he let someone else drive for you.
- He may just be the mechanic for the boat.
- The Hydro-Hopper Driver is probably not an agent.
