IKEA furniture was a late April Fool’s joke in April 2015 Furniture & Igloo Catalog. Seven furniture items were given names that parodied naming scheme of the IKEA furniture. IKEA typically uses Swedish names which are hard for non-Swedish speakers to pronounce and sometimes can be misread. The names were changed to English a day after it was released.
