Joe is a penguin in Shadow Guy and Gamma Gal: Heroes Unite!. He wears Spikester Threads, Humbug Spectacles, a pair of headphones slightly similar to a combination of Cadence's headphones and the Blue Headphones. Like Aunt Arctic, he has a pencil on the side of his glasses.
