Kite 1000 is first apperd in secret misson 9,Gary called an agent to fly it on the sky over the Ski Mountain with the tracking device so they cand find Herbert.P.Bear.The others tracking devices are in the Mine and over the sea between Clubpenguin and Ice Berg.
