The Beta Test Party was the first party in Club Penguin. It took place on September 21, 2005 for only a few hours. It offered penguins a Party Hat. Beta Testers also got 2000 coins and a free one month membership when it ended.

Decorations

Only the Town was decorated. It had a banner hanging from the Coffee Shop that read "BETA TEST PARTY", and there were two boxes of party hats. In the Ice Rink, the Black Toque was hidden in the net on the right. The Night Club also had two disco-type balls hanging from the ceiling, such as in Penguin Chat 3's Night Club.

Trivia

• This was the first ever party of Club Penguin to have a logo.
• This party is considered the shortest party lasting for two hours only.
• The only available rooms on the map were the Town, Ice Rink, the Member Igloos, Dock, Ski Hill/Village, and Ice Berg during the Beta Testing Party.
