Member Parties are events that only the members of Club Penguin have access to. They often have special free items and over-the-top decorations.

• Cove Opening Party (Cove and Forest, which were both later available to all penguins).

• Dance-A-Thon (Night Club, Dance Lounge, and Night Club Rooftop.)

• Penguin Play Awards (Stage (later available to non-members), Backstage)

Trivia

• During member parties, the tension between members and non-members increases noticeably, with the two different groups often quarreling with each other about membership.
• Usually during Member party rooms, non-members get jealous and try to block the entrance or "destroy" the entrance by drilling it with a mining helmet. This is usually results in members reporting non-members for "blocking entrances", which is against Club Penguin Rules.
• There were no member parties in 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, or 2015.
