The Mountain Expedition is an upcoming event in Club Penguin. It will begin on August 13, 2010. Not much is known about it. It was confirmed in the 250th issue of the Club Penguin Times.
It has also been confirmed, from a comment on the What's New Blog, that it is not going to be hosted on the Tallest Mountain.[1] It also is said that it has lots of surprises for members.[1]

- There might be stamps for the party.
- It might begin on August 12, since most recent events had begun a day early.
- It might be similar to the Festival of Flight 2009.
- Due to many theories of Card-Jitsu Water or Snow coming up possibly at one of the snowy mountains, the expedition may as well lead to a new Card-Jitsu game.
- It may also have to do with the window being broken by the crab, however this is very unlikely.
- Billybob said it's going to be a new challenge.[1]
