The Popcorn time-bomb is one of Herbert's disasterous inventions. It is used to destroy the PSA's HQ,it is used from the chair on the right from the Gift Shop and a stolen Spy Phone and a bag of corn kernels a broken clock and pipes and a heater to make the device. Gary was trying to defuse it and the agents evacuated the HQ before it blew up. On May 18 2010 popcorn floods theSki Village, PSA Headquarters,and theSport Shop were now destroyed. Now the PSA is now EPF before it explodes.
