The Mad Scientist is an evil penguin, that created the Living Sled. He is an unknown colored penguin wearing glasses and a graduration cap.

Night of the Living Sled

His only appearance is in the first Living Sled movie, where he turned on a machine that makes the sled live.

Trivia

He might be Gary, since he created the sled in Gary's Lab.
