The Referee Jersey is a body item in Club Penguin. Members were able to buy this for 300 coins in the Snow and Sports catalog. It is also unlockable from Game Day. This item is also in the Series 7 and Series 8 Treasure Books for everyone to unlock. When you wave with only the Referee Jersey on, your penguin would hold a sign saying "GOAL". If you wear a whistle with the Referee Jersey and wave, you'll make a noise.
