The Ruffle Collar is a neck item in Club Penguin. It costs 300 coins and only members can buy it in the Costume Trunk at the The Twelfth Fish play. It can also be unlocked in the Series 3 Treasure Book. It goes along withe the Bard Hat and the Bard Outfit.
History
The Ruffle Collar was first released on December 13, 2007 when The Twelfth Fish debuted at the Stage. It was re-released on May 8, 2008 when The Twelfth Fish returned to the Stage. It was released yet again on June 13, 2009 in the Series 3 Treasure Book.
