The Blue Felt Hat is a head item in Club Penguin. It costs 300 coins in the Costume Trunk, and only members can purchase this item. It is available whenever Ruby and the Ruby is at the Stage. It is part of Tenor's costume, along with the Blue Zoot Suit, Skinny Blue Tie and the Black Zoot Shoes.
History
This item was released in September 2008 when the play Ruby and the Ruby first came out at the Stage. It was then re-released in July 2009, June 2010 and December 2010, when the play returned.
