The Blue Propeller Cap is a free head item that appeared in the 2007 & 2009 April Fool's parties. Just like all other propeller caps, when dancing with no other clothes on, you will float from the ground.
History
It first appeared in the 2007 April Fool's Day party. Many new penguins were excited that a new propeller cap came out, as they were unable to get hold of the Red propeller cap. It came back in 2009. They were in the Mine for both parties. It may return in 2011.
Trivia
- Many Mwa Mwa penguins like to pretend they are floating away in the Box Dimension, while wearing a Propeller Cap.
