The Stripey Hat is a head item on Club Penguin. It is originally a rumored Fall Fair item that you can only see it by using a hacking program. It is a purple and black-striped hat and available for non-members. The item is released in September 10 (or September 11), 2009, in the Prize Booth during The Fair.
