Tate the Migrator is a stage play character for Team Blue Rally Debut and Team Red vs. Team Blue. Hence its name, he is a costume of The Migrator. It also has other names, like Tate the Pirate Ship Mascot. His costume is available in the Costume Trunk whenever the Team Red vs Team Blue plays are on.
