The Teen Beach Movie Summer Jam[1] is an upcoming party on Club Penguin. It will start on August 22, 2013 and will end on September 3, 2013. It will be a combination of Music Jam, Summer Party and Water Party[2]. It was confirmed by Spike Hike in a tweet. The characters played by Ross Lynch (Brady) and Maia Mitchell (McKenzie) will also be new mascots at the party, much like CeCe and Rocky were during the Make Your Mark: Ultimate Jam.[3]

History

A supposedly summer party, combined with Music Jam, was confirmed by Spike Hike in a tweet. [4]. The event was possibly a reference to the film Teen Beach Movie, since Hallie, the host of Disney Game On, posted a photo on Twitter showing the actors on the film with a detail that seemed to be the letter of the logo of Club Penguin. [5]. On July 31, Polo Field posted in What's New Blog some aspects of the party and also a teaser showing how the Beach is going to be during the event[6]. On August 1, an ad on the homepage and login screen was revealed. It was written "SURF'S UP! STARTING AUG. 22", confirming the official date of the event. On August 8, Polo published a video on blog with some actors from Teen Beach Movie[7]. One page in the Club Penguin website was created for the event. On this page, it was revealed some features of the party and also the characters that it will come.
