The Test Chamber is one of G's Inventions. You see it in almost all of the missions, but for the majority of them, it is broken. This is one of the inventions that G didn't put a "3000,3001 etc" on it. The Test Chamber was finally fixed in Secret Agent Mission 7 and was put to use by the agent.
