The Fair 2009 was a carnival-themed party in Club Penguin. Like the previous years, it had prize booths, games and features such as a visit from Rockhopper. It started on September 4, 2009, and ended on September 13, 2009.

Trivia
- Grab-and-Spin did not come back because of the ticket cheat in the Fall Fair 2008
- It's stated that Aunt Arctic's best Fall Fair game is the Memory Card Game
- The previous name, Fall Fair was changed to the Fair in 2009 due to the fact that it was in early September so it wasn't officially fall.
- The prizes were alot cheaper than the last fair (example Teddy Bear 2008= 2000 Tickets 2009= 200 Tickets
