The Fair 2010 will be a carnival-themed party in Club Penguin. It will start on September 3, as confirmed from the 253rd issue of the Penguin Times. Not much is known about it yet. It will be the 4th consecutive Fall Fair. It is also possible Rockhopper will come since he usually comes in September, although not always for the Fall Fair.
