The Flutterby is a wig in Club Penguin. Members are able to buy this item for 300 coins (formerly 600 coins) in the Penguin Style catalog as well as in the former Big Wigs catalog. It is a brown wig with a bow hair pin on it. The Befluttered is a blonde version of it.

In the January 2011 Penguin Style catalog, it goes with the Blue Buckle-Up.
