The Flutterby is and was one of the first wigs in Club Penguin, amongst the popular The Sunstriker and The Funster. It costed 600 coins at the Gift Shop, at the time where there was a separate wigs catalogue.
Trivia
- It is mostly wore by female penguins.
- The Befluttered is a blonde version of it.
- Twilight-fazed penguins who hang out at the Forest wear it to look like wolves or vampires.
- Most girl members wear this to look cool.
- Lots of girls wear Diva Sunglasses with this.
