The Top Hat is a head item in Club Penguin. It has been available every year except for 2008 and 2011. Similar items are the Blue Top Hat and the Dazzling Blue Top Hat and the Ring Master Hat. There was also a Top Hat Pin.
History
It was first available in 2006. It was released again in October 2007 and in February 2009. It also appeared in March 2010, so it is a pretty common item.
