The Underground is a somewhat secret area that was released at the member party in May of 2006. Afterwards, it was open to all penguins. The rooms in the Underground are:

• The Boiler Room- A room where you can read old editions of The Club Penguin Times.
• The Cave- A Pool in a cave.
• The Mine-
• The Mine Shack- The only not Underground area.
• The Underground from the Norman Swarm Has Been Transformed play.
