The Unknown Band member was a mysterious light blue penguin that was seen during the Winter Luau 2006 with the Penguin Band. The only name he went by was "band member". There is a plush toy of a light blue band member.
It is possible that he was Petey K with a different outfit because only G Billy and Stompin' Bob were there. The penguin is definitely not Franky, because the Luau was before Franky joined the band.[1]
Appearance
The unknown band member is a light blue penguin that has the talent of playing the guitar, just like Franky. Its last appearance was at the Winter Luau party in 2006. Even after 8 years, no other information has came on this penguin.
