The Water Gem is a reward for ninjas, and might be coming this month as confirmed from the new ninja .swf. It might be a reward for playing the Card-Jitsu Water game and defeating Sensei in it, but it is unknown when it will come out. But, while talking to Sensei about the Ninja Amulet, in a picture it is revealed that the Water Gem, along with the Snow Gem, will exist.
