The Wheel-Bot is a test-bot in Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force and its method of transportation is by a wheel under its main body area. You use Bouncer to defeat it in the game.

- It was the first robot you have to defeat.
- It tries to rob the Gift shop.
- You can see it in the Gadget Room in the online missions and elite missions.
- It has a Mix-And-Match Figure of itself.
