Regarding COPPA

COPPA is a federal law that all sites that allow any form of posting information without restriction to protect children, must follow. If we do not follow it, we are at risk of a very large fine, possibly more than $10,000. The reason COPPA exists is so that children do not have any contact with internet predators or post any information that would expose themselves. It has nothing to do with how appropriate the website is or the content on it, in fact, anyone under the age of 13 is allowed to read it, they just are not allowed to edit or post any information. We are not able to modify the law (such as lowering the age). We are required to comply with the law as is. As much as we personally disagree with this law, we are required to follow it whether we like it or not. • One month = Rs 199 = $4
• 6 months = Rs 990 = $19.80

Too weird. Funny you should mention that, because I had the weirdest dream too!

I was at a Walmart (and I was Chill57181 - weird!) and there was tons of snow. Well, I put up lots of snow and blocked the door, and wiki users started popping up.
