To remove the unlockable icon from an item icon, you will need one program called SWF Modify.

Removing unlockable icon

  1. Download the swf file of the icon you want. Example: Bear Costume.
  1. Open the SWF Modify and open the swf file by clicking on "Select A Flash File".
  2. Now, click on "Modify (All frames)" and delete all the files having the unlock icon (Select those files -> Delete).
