Club Penguin Wiki talk:Staffer Promotions

I have a major question. It says on staff promotions that you need to have at least a year of experience and be at least 14. What about people who joined when they were under 13, kept it a secret for several years, then, finally, at 14 or 15 (now), revealed their true age? This is just for the network in general.
