The Casa Fiesta is a party room. In Music Jam 2010 it was members-only. There was a dance stage in the middle of the room and you needed an All Access Pass to enter. It was first confirmed in the membership section of ClubPenguin.com. Penguins could enter it from the Ski Village or Back Stage. It came back for Music Jam 2011, where all penguins could access it.
If you throw a snowball inside the room, you will throw confetti, and if you play an instrument, it will sound more mariachi style, instead of the music that plays in other places. You can use any of your instruments to play inside the room.

- Casa Fiesta means "party house" in English, as it is in Spanish.
