CeCe's Hair is a bait item, and therefore not obtainable. If the item is permed, the cheater gets an instant 72 hour ban or a forever ban. It is a part of the clothes of CeCe. It goes along with CeCe's Necklace, CeCe's Shirt, CeCe's Bracelet and CeCe's Shoes. Although CeCe is no longer a mascot, this item was shown in a 2013 issue of Club Penguin Magazine.
