The Clown Wig (Also refered to as the "Rainbow Afro") is a head item in Club Penguin. It has appeared at every Halloween Party except for the Halloween Party 2009.
Trivia
- It was the first wig ever. Though at the time of its release, it was still considered a head item, not a wig.
