DJ Maxx was the Dance Club's DJ during Penguin Chat 3. He came to celebrate a new music system[1]. He was not a waddling mascot, as those didn't exist until October 2006. As there were no items in Penguin Chat 3, he also didn't give out a background.
History
On May 5th, 2005, rsnail announced that Penguin Chat 3 was testing a "new streaming music system". With that, he also told players to go into the Dance Club to see DJ Maxx.
